Frederic Brugues, Wine Director of sketch since 2002. Brugues has steadily built up the cellar to over 950 wines. He consults on individual tastes and requirements and advises on matching particular wines to Master Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s menus - he has helped place sketch as a leading destination for wine and champagnes.
